We provide specialist palliative care for people living with life-threatening illness and for those who live with an advanced dementia, related condition, or are in the last six months of life. Our skilled nurse practitioners and their teams makes each resident feel as comfortable as possible, by assisting in the relieving of pain and other distressing and disabling symptoms. We provide physical, psychological, social, and spiritual support for residents, their family and friends and we provide ongoing, active support for our care teams.
