We are delighted to welcome Kelly Thomas as our new Deputy Manager at our Harwood Court care home in Cramlington.

Kelly brings with her many years of experience in care as well as a genuine passion to support people. She has a resident focused approach and takes great pride in helping each person live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Kelly especially enjoys spending time with residents, listening to their wonderful stories, and hearing about their life experiences from years gone by.

Outside of work, Kelly is a devoted parent and grandparent, with two children and two grandchildren. Family time is very important to her, and she loves nothing more than making happy memories.  We are so pleased to have Kelly join the Harwood Court family. Her warmth, compassion, and commitment to person-centred care makes her a wonderful addition to our team.

Kelly will lead the care facing team which are provided direction by the excellent senior carers. Our dedicated carer team are now also joined by our new activities lead.
