Thomas Knight
Thomas Knight Care Home is a modern, purpose built facility in a historic location in the heart of Blyth. Thomas Knight Care Home is a residential and nursing home which can accommodate 54 residents.
Our spacious bedrooms are all en-suite. There are multiple communal lounges, dining areas, bathrooms, showers, wet rooms, and toilet facilities across each of the three floors.
Nursing or personal care is delivered across three dedicated floors. The top floor which is called Auguste Community is mostly for persons living with a dementia or related syndrome. The ground floor Harmony Meadows is specialised general nursing provision.
The remainder of the service is on the middle floor. Trinity Retreat provides accommodation and care for a mixture of personal care needs for those with a dementia and those with no cognitive challenges but a degree of frailty.
Waterloo House
Waterloo House is a traditional style care home full of love and activity. Known throughout the region for its entertainment and warmth this care home is always full with an active waiting list.
The home has two main accommodation floors and a modern open plan entrance comprising of a light and spacious lounge and a fabulous dinning room. Each floor also has a separate large lounge area, external smoking facilities, two large very modern shower rooms and bathroom and multiple communal WC.

Harwood Court is a delightful care home, situated in an extensive safe plot with very large, safe enclosed gardens is a high end care facility. With wide, well lit, immaculately decorated wheelchair-friendly corridors and large spacious lounge and dining facilities residents find themselves living in a tasteful built for purpose home from home. With modern furniture, natural light, TV, music, a bar and a purpose-built cafe everything is thought through to provide comfort and care to the highest standards. With two floors allowing care to be properly allocated and an excellent team of qualified and experienced care staff now provided with the latest and best digital care systems your every need can be accommodated.
