George is our youngest registered manager and as such comes with lots of ambitions for his and our future. George has been in the health and social care sector for the last 15 years and he has risen from carer, senior carer, care home assistant practitioner and to Home Manager and he joins us from MHA Homes as the incumbent registered manager under our first external acquisition January 2025. Aware of our investment and growth plans George has pledged his future as a founding manager to the development of the Distinguished Care group

George has become a highly motivated team player within the group and relishes providing leadership, advice and coaching to both his fellow managers but also in imparting skills to his staff team.

With growth and development of the Harwood Court service in mind and the ambition of add a nursing provision George is excited about the opportunities he sees within the Distinguished Care Group and especially recognising the insistence on quality and ethics above all other factors of success and of the opportunity for his personal growth
